I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company! I placed an order on July 19, 2022 for two items. I was messaged they were out of one of the items. They did ship the item they did have in stock. However, I paid with my debit card through PayPal and now 25 days later still have not received my refund for the item they were out of. I have contacted them multiple times just to get a run around and told it is pending! Meanwhile, the money came out of my checking account on July 22!

I am not a robot! I ordered pillows and then read the reviews! After reading the reviews...I was like ohhhh crap I'm not going to get my pillows!!! So I ordered them from Amazon! Well a week later I received them! I'm going to send Amazon's back! They are just as described! I did receive them!

NEVER AGAIN

I have NEVER been successful ordering from this company. The site will let you add fabric..pay for it… then send you an email saying it’s outta stock. This was my 3rd attempt.. placed and canceled order 7-11… 7-26 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 50.18!

Crickets...

I ordered 2 yards of Liberty of London crepe de chine fabric during a 50% off sale, paying $31.75 per yard. After several days, I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled because the fabric is no longer available. I checked Fabric.com's website and saw the same fabric available at full price, $63.50 per yard. I emailed and called Customer Service and asked them to ship my fabric at the discounted price. They refused, but told me I could place a new order for the fabric at full price. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that my request will be "elevated" to a decision making team and that I would be conacted withing 48 hours. I was never contacted. I called Customer Service once again and was told that my request was again being "elevated" and to expect resolution in 24 hours. I have not yet been been contacted though it's been days since the promise was made. Clearly, this is not a life or death situation--just an example of very poor customer service and perhaps a little bait and switch. Wish I could assign "no stars".

Count on Fabric.com to leave you hanging

I have been waiting for weeks to receive a large order of fabric (15 yds) to recover my new outdoor patio chairs so they can withstand the elements. I ordered it well in advance so it would be done prior to a party I am having in late June. I checked through all my emails but got nothing after the initial confirmation with a ship date. I logged into my account only to find that my order had been CANCELLED and when I called the customer service rep said they only had the fabric in 1-2 yard increments, which is a total joke! Now, thanks to them, I have lost every other opportunity I had to get this fabric elsewhere as it is now sold out from all other sources and I will not be able to use my new outdoor furniture all summer. I am absolutely livid. This is grossly inept on their part, so beware to anyone who has the audacity to believe their order will be fulfilled by Fabric.com at all, much less in a timely manner. Had they, at a minimum, had the decency to alert me within 24 hours that they did not even have the stock they advertised on their website I would not be in this situation now.

Constantly cancelling items from order

Fabric.com constantly cancels items from my order the day after the order is placed. They offer to replace the item with something of equal or lesser value. They send the notice after the sale is over. How ridiculous.

Be careful-they sold me defective material (seconds)

As I was cutting I noticed a large portion of the fabric was defective on the fold.
Fabric.com said they would not take it back because it was cut-were they going to sell defective material to someone else? Probably.
They offered me a refund of one yard but I don't have sufficient material to make the dress.
They folks lost a customer today.
I would rather deal with honorable folks

Delivery dates change to many days later with no reason

After a second order I experienced the same situation. Original delivery 2 days but changes to 5 more days from original delivery date. Causes me to miss gift dates.

There is software issue when billing address differs from shipping address.

When one requests a supervisor call back and does not receive one; apathy is rampant as well as arrogance. Sod on them.

A:

It's a US website, so they'll take the money in US dollars, but if they take orders from Australia your bank or payment processor will have to convert the currency according to the current exchange rate and I think they may also charge a fee for doing this.

I would call or email them, including as much detail as you can... order #, what fabrics were ordered and approximately the time of the order. Have never had this happen to me from Fabric.com , have from another online site and was lucky that I got the help I needed. Good Luck.
